Welcome to my travels

As I lay in bed in Rome, Italy I think about the past 18 days I’ve spent in Europe and the coming ten. All the gelato, pizza, and house wine of my dreams!

If you asked me four years ago if I would be sitting in an airbnb in Italy, I first would probably have asked “What’s Airbnb?” and secondly, I would say you’re out of your mind.

Yet here I am! Had my passport stamped with my 10th new country, grabbed my suitcase off the belt, and headed outside into the Rome heat for an adventure of a lifetime.

My goal is to show you how to explore the world. Age is but a number, and anyone can go out and do anything they’d like. Finding the best flight deals? How to find inexpensive restaurants? Where are the kids my age hanging out? I’ll cover it all and more.

It can be daunting, the idea of traveling by yourself or in a small group. Especially somewhere you don’t speak the same language as the country. However, it is by all means, not impossible. Although you will face hardships and be forced to solve problems on the go, it will teach you a million life lessons you won’t get anywhere else. Get ready to eat all the greatest foods the world has to offer, meet someone from the opposite end of the planet, and make memories you’ll cherish forever.

Thanks for stopping by, hope you have your ticket and are ready for the ride.
